Our priority, the safety of our employees and our customers in order to offer you the JOLIVENT EXPERIENCE …

Your health and safety are important to us, which is why our already high maintenance protocols have been increased to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 within our establishment. We follow very closely the evolution of directives issued by Public Health which we undertake to respect.

RECEPTION

• Disinfectant dispenser at the entrance
• Installation of a protective plexiglass panel at the reception desk
• A sanitary corridor between entry and exit through secondary doors
• Contactless arrival and departure procedures (prepayment and document by email)
• Continuous disinfection of counters, keys, door knob etc

CLEANING

• Housekeeping at the bare minimum during your stay
• Cleaning / disinfection protocol after each client
• Continuous cleaning / disinfection of all spaces with public access

OUR FACILITIES

• Bistro Mistral is open in ‘Takeout mode’ until authorities allow the restaurant and service to be reopened on the terrace (probably around June 15th).
• The Alizé restaurant will reopen on September 18, 2020.
